In my Silhouette series I explore the passing of time and the capturing of the moment by showing a silhouette of an animal or person who has passed through the moment in time and is just a memory of the universe. In this case the Heron shown in silhouette is not standing in the waters of the sunset now. It is just the memory of the moment in time one brilliant sunset ago.
