In the is new series ,inspired by the hot vibes and intense colors seen in Miami and the vibrant exciting night life of Miami beach , I use an anagram of a Palm tree done in bright tropical reds, set against the cool of the blue green sky. The intense shine is reflective of that high energy atmosphere.  The anagram also plays with the reverse image by showing the palm in showing up out of the background by painting the space around it and not the actual palm. Look closely and you will see that the palm is not painted, rather the spaces between the fronds are what you actually see. Your brain fills in the rest.
